I had a fantastic six-night stay at the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my visit. My room was very clean and spacious, meeting all my expectations for a five-star hotel. Although I encountered a few minor issues with the in-room phone and TV sound. overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience and would love to return.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, the late-night parking experience was a bit of a hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its amazing service and amenities.
